To help us diagnose the problem faster, please provide the name and
version of the product, the operating system, and details about the problem.
Please also send us the content of the error message dialog, if there is
any.
Just right click on the dialog to bring up the context menu, and
choose "Copy Text To Clipboard". You can then paste the text into an email
and send it to us.
