We also offer annual subscription service for all our products.

Please note that all our software are to be used internally by a single company. If you are an Application Servicer Provider or Reseller and you want to offer our software as part of a hosted solution, please contact sales@akeni.com for further detail.

Special note about Akeni Web Chat, Akeni Expert Messenger and Pro Messenger: the word users refers to the number of concurrent users, not to the number of accounts that can be registered with the system. For example, if you bought a package that supports 50 users then up to 50 users can be online simultaneously, but you can have hundreds of users registered with the system. In fact, you can install as many copies of the Akeni client on as many computers as you like. On the other hand, you are only allowed to install the server on a single computer (but you can move the server software from one computer to another at any time.)

Instead of paying a one time fee, you can also use our product through an annual subscription service. You can subscribe to our products online by clicking on Subscribe.

With the annual subscription you can use our products, along with free updates and unlimited tech support through email, for a full year. You get the same product and the same level of support as buying, but the license key will expire after a year.

Note: a subcription license can not be upgraded to accomodate more users until the licensing period has expired. So please choose a subscription package that will be sufficient for your needs for the subscription period.
